Dear Families & Caregivers,
Happy New Year!
This next month looks a little different from last year as we wind down our Semester 1 classes. Students will be in regular classes until January 23rd as there will not be an exam break due to the cancellation of the January Diplomas. We do have two days in January where there will be Outcome Competition opportunities for students, that are by appointment with teachers. More details will come from teachers as we get closer to the end of the month.
Sincerely,
Jack James Admin

Two Wheel View
Jack James is pleased to announce that it will be working with Two Wheel View to host their bike repair and maintenance workshop series starting in January.
This free program supplies students with snacks before engaging in a hands-on workshop on how to repair and maintain bicycles. All materials and bicycles are supplied by Two Wheel View. At the end of the 10-week series, students will be able to take a bike home free of charge. Any interested students should see Mr. Lamb, Ms. Douville or Mr. Boorman to get permission slips to go home to be signed.
The program starts on Jan 14 and runs every Wednesday until Mar 18.
The workshop times are from 3:45 to 5:45.
Thank you for your attention to this.

Graduation Information & Grad List Details
This is a reminder that the updated graduation eligibility list has been posted just outside of Guidance. If a student’s CBE ID number appears on this list, it means they are currently eligible to participate in the June graduation ceremony.
Please note that eligibility is not final. Students must continue to pass all required courses and remain on the updated graduation list at the end of May to maintain eligibility for graduation.
We strongly encourage students and families to check PowerSchool regularly for the most up-to-date grades and progress information. Staying informed will help ensure there are no surprises as we approach the end of the school year. Additional details about graduation (including ticket sales, ceremony timelines, and other important information) will be shared as we get closer to the event.
Thank you for your continued support. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your guidance counsellor.
