Is your student fluent in a foreign language? They may be able to challenge the language exam for credits this year. Please see the attached information package and registration form. Forms need to be back to Ms. Fink in Guidance by October 1st. Part 1 of the exam will take place on November 1st and part 2 on November 29th. Please note these are both Saturdays and your student needs to be prepared to attend Western Canada High School on both days.

Languages that can be challenged are: Arabic, Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Filipino, Punjabi, Spanish, and Ukrainian.

Priority will be given to Grade 12 students who need the credits to graduate, however, Grade 10, 11, and 12 students who do not need the credit can also register.

Please speak with Ms. Fink if you have any questions or to hand in your registration form.
